Day 1

Arrival and Welcome in Olbia

We’ll gather in Olbia, Sardinia, and transfer to our hotel.​

Welcome Dinner

A welcome dinner will introduce us to the local cuisine. Sardinia is known for its authenticity and fiercely independent spirit. You’ll learn about the island’s deep-rooted culture and the Sardinian people’s determination to preserve their heritage.

Day 3

Bonifacio and the French Islands

Enjoy breakfast before we set out for an unforgettable adventure.​

Sail to Bonifacio (Corsica)

We’ll take a boat to Bonifacio, a dramatic fortress town on the southern tip of Corsica. From the sea, the limestone citadel appears as a majestic monolith.​

Walking Tour of Bonifacio

A guided stroll along the Comparetti Promenade will immerse us in fascinating stories, followed by a climb to the citadel. We’ll also visit the old Maritime Cemetery, a unique and haunting site.​​

Lunch in Bonifacio

Treat yourself to fresh oysters with French wine or enjoy some Corsican specialties paired with chestnut beer.​

Coastal Exploration

We’ll sail along the scenic coast to the Piana and Lavezzi Islands for relaxing beach time, surrounded by crystal-clear waters and soft sands.​

Return to Hotel

After a day of food and culture, we’ll return to Syracuse for a relaxed evening.​

Day 2

Cheese and Coastlines

After the demonstration, indulge in tastings of cheeses, sausages, and the farmer’s local wine.​

We’ll then head to Costa Smeralda, the glamorous Sardinian coast. Enjoy its stunning beaches and crystal-clear waters.​

Gather for a delicious group dinner, featuring local Sardinian specialties.​

Day 4

Northern Sardinia and Local Culture

Today we’ll visit some of Sardinia’s charming towns, wandering through coral-colored streets, visiting magnificent castles, and meeting friendly locals.​

Learn about local traditions, including Sardinian hospitality, with a special focus on their food culture. We’ll enjoy a wine tasting with romantic music and meet a winemaker for insights into Sardinian winemaking.​

Check-in at Alghero Hotel

Start with Sardinian appetizers, followed by the famous zuppa gallurese. For the main course, choose between lamb, milk piglet, or poultry, all paired with exquisite Sardinian wines. A sommelier will guide us through wine pairing, offering insights into Sardinian winemaking.​

Return to Olbia

After an unforgettable experience, we’ll head back to Olbia.​​
