Through dedicated yoga and spiritual practices, this retreat will help restore lost vitality, encourage proper body movements, and increase the flow of your inner energy. It is designed for personal growth, helping you connect deeply with nature and rediscover your true self.

Our expert coach, Anastasia Peters, is a certified wellness coach, yoga instructor, anti-age specialist, and a diplomaed psychotherapist in positive psychotherapy and logotherapy. Anastasia will guide you through practices that rejuvenate both your body and mind, helping you improve your health and emotional balance.

The retreat is set in the breathtaking Italian Alps, where you’ll benefit from the crystal-clear alpine air, beautiful mountain trails, and stunning natural views. You’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery, making new friends and filling your life with joy, energy, and inspiration.

Day 1

Arrival and Introduction

Group Transfer to Hotel

Upon arrival, settle into your cozy accommodations, get familiar with your new surroundings, and breathe in the fresh alpine air.​

Evening Yoga Practice

A 40-minute session to gently ease into the retreat experience, followed by a welcome dinner.​

Anti-Age Therapy Lecture

A 1-hour introduction to the key concepts of anti-age therapy and its benefits for long-term wellness.

Day 3

Exploring the Alps and Deepening Practice

Morning Yoga  1 hour

A practice that includes mantra chanting and Buddhist meditation Tonglen, which aids in healing both yourself and others

Lunch and Mountain Hike

After lunch, enjoy a hike in the stunning PILA Mountains of the Alps, immersing yourself in the natural beauty of the landscape.​

Spa Session  2 hours

Relax and unwind with a luxurious visit to the SPA, where you can indulge in restorative treatments

Arraiolos Village

After dinner, participate in a 30-minute anti-age therapy session. In the evening, those who wish can engage in a psychotherapeutic game for emotional balance and reflection.

Day 2

Yoga, Nature, and Wellness Practices

Breakfast at the Hotel

Morning Yoga  1.5 hours

A comprehensive yoga practice including concentration, OM mantra, warm-up exercises, Surya Namaskar (sun salutation), Shavasana, pranayama (breath control), and meditation, followed by a smooth transition out of the practice.​​

Picnic Lunch

Enjoy a light picnic in the serene nature surroundings.​

Nature Trek

Embark on a short hike through the beautiful nature park, breathing in the fresh, rejuvenating mountain air.​

Evening Session

Located in a former chapel, where chef José Tapadejo will prepare an exquisite menu, paired with wines selected by sommelier Fabio Nico.​​

Day 4

Reflection & Departure

Morning Yoga  1.5 hours

A final yoga session to leave you feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and ready for the next phase of your journey.

Feedback and Reflection

Participate in a group discussion and feedback session to reflect on your retreat experience.​

Nature Trek

After lunch, prepare for the return journey. We will have a group transfer to the airport for your departure.​

Program Conclusion
