Welcome to Uzbekistan: Enter the Eastern Fairy Tale

March 25 | Urgench – Khiva

You’ll arrive in Urgench, where I’ll be waiting to greet you! I’ve missed those of you I already know and can’t wait to meet our new guests.
After a short 30-minute transfer, we’ll check into our charming hotel in Khiva.

Khiva: A City Where Time Stands Still

Behind tall clay walls lies an ancient world that feels straight out of a fairy tale. Here, mornings begin with the muezzin’s call, sunlight gilds the minarets, and the breeze carries the scent of spices and freshly baked flatbread.

Ichan Kala, the walled inner city, is the heart of Khiva—an entire city within a city. Every alley whispers stories, every pattern tells of love, faith, and the great caravans of the past. Our boutique hotel is nestled right here.
🐫 Wandering through dusty streets lined with madrasas, palaces, and mosques, you’ll feel the line between dream and reality begin to blur.
In the evening, we’ll share a welcome dinner and start to get to know each other over delicious national dishes.
